CO 257 and WCR 72 Traffic Signal

The project focuses on enhancing traffic safety at the intersection of CO 257 and WCR 72 in Windsor. This intersection experiences a mix of high-speed through traffic, turning movements and local access, which can create safety challenges for drivers, pedestrians and cyclists. A signal would provide clear right-of-way control, reduce the potential for severe crashes and improve safety for all users by organizing traffic movements more predictably, especially as the Prairie Song subdivision continues construction.
