Project Update: April 27

The Town of Windsor is moving forward with infrastructure improvements in the backlot area north of Main Street, east of 5th Street, including waterline and sewer line replacement projects that will help maintain reliable utility service in the downtown area.

Current project timeline:

  • Final project plans were submitted the end of March
  • Contractor selection is anticipated by the end of April
  • The contract process will take place in May
  • Construction is planned for June through August, with a goal of completing work before Harvest Festival

During construction, the dirt parking lot west of 5th Street will remain available for summer events. Residents and visitors attending events in the area should plan to allow a little extra time to find parking, as some areas may be temporarily impacted during construction.
