Project Update: June 12

Beginning Monday, June 15, the parking lot east of 5th Street between Boardwalk Park and Main Street (commonly known as the Backlots) will be closed through late summer as part of the 5th St. Backlots Project.

The project includes:

  • Waterline replacement
  • Sewer line installation
  • Parking lot reconstruction

Parking will be completely unavailable in the lot during construction. Residents and visitors are encouraged to plan ahead for downtown events, including the Summer Concert Series, Windsor Farmers Market and other downtown activities.
