Project Update: June 15

The 5th St. Backlots Project is officially underway. As of today, Monday, June 15, the parking lot east of 5th Street between Boardwalk Park and Main Street is closed to all residents and visitors through September, weather permitting.

The project includes a waterline replacement, sewer line installation, and construction of a new parking lot. Funded through voter-approved Ballot Measure 200, the improvements are designed to support the long-term needs of Downtown Windsor.
