March 2022 Update

Join us on March 31 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the Windsor Severance Fire Rescue Station #1 training room to review and inform final updates to the draft Downtown Parking plan prior to its formal adoption. A short formal presentation will be held at 6 p.m. with time dedicated before and after for residents to review materials at their own pace and ask questions.

Having a well-planned and coordinated parking system is vital to the long-term fiscal health of the town and ensures the continued viability of Windsor’s small-town character. Through effective management, research and planning, the town can guide sustainable downtown growth. Thank you to everyone that has participated in the public input process so far.
