Parking Data Collection

Research and collect data on downtown parking trends. This includes looking at weekday and weekend parking use, and parking during special events.

Stakeholder / Public Input

A questionnaire was distributed downtown and to general town audiences. There were meetings and open houses held. Downtown business owners and customers were identified as key stakeholders. 

March 31 2022

Final Public Input Gathering

Join us in the Windsor Severance Fire Rescue Station #1 training room, 100 N 7th St., to review and inform final updates to the draft Downtown Parking plan prior to its formal adoption. A short formal presentation will be held at 6 p.m. with time dedicated before and after for residents to review materials at their own pace and ask questions.
