This project includes installing approximately 8,600 linear feet of new 18-inch sanitary sewer pipeline to improve wastewater infrastructure and support long-term system reliability in the area. Construction will involve both traditional open-cut installation methods and trenchless boring techniques to minimize impacts at key roadway crossings, including Highway 257 and Weld County Road 74.

The project scope also includes the construction of 32 new manholes, connection to an existing sewer structure, pavement removal and replacement, and full restoration of disturbed landscaping and surface areas to pre-construction conditions following completion of the work.
