This is a multi-year project where phased improvements will be implemented over time as development expands to help alleviate traffic backups, improve safety and enhance pedestrian access to the intersection. The initial improvements starting in 2026 will include an additional northbound through lane, northbound and westbound bike lanes, dedicated westbound to northbound right turn lane, 10’ wide sidewalk along northwest property frontage, concrete medians and road widening along westbound SH 392 to accommodate future traffic.

Future improvements will include an additional eastbound through lane, an additional southbound through lane, bike lanes and dual left turn lanes in all directions.
