July 2026: Update

Town Board and Planning and Zoning Commission Joint Work Session, Aug. 17, 2026: Now that the Sign Regulation Assessment Report has been completed, the consultant team, in close cooperation with Town staff, is working on the first draft of the updated Windsor Sign Code. An overview of this Work Session Draft will be presented at a joint work session of the Town Board and Planning Commission, scheduled for 5:30 pm on Monday, Aug. 17, 2026. At this meeting, the consultants will explain why the update is necessary, provide a high-level overview of the Assessment Report, and introduce the updated Sign Code, including its reorganization and contents. Members of the public are encouraged to attend and to provide comments and feedback on the updated Draft Sign Code.
