Project Update June 21: Overlay Project Underway

The town’s overlay project is set to begin soon and will extend into the fall, impacting several neighborhoods and arterial roadways throughout Windsor. Commencing next week, a series of closures will affect travel throughout the week:

🚧 Long’s Peak Cir. will be closed to through traffic from Haystack Dr. to Steeplechase Dr. starting Monday, June 24, until Tuesday, July 2.

🚧 Lookout Ct., Lookout Dr. and High Plains Ct. will close to through traffic from Tuesday, June 25, until Monday, July 15.

Throughout the project, residential street parking will be limited, but access to homes and businesses will remain open. Next in line for maintenance is Pine Dr. from Stone Mountain Dr. to 10th St., expected to commence the first week of July. All road work depends on weather conditions and may be subject to change.
