Project Update: March 20

Design work continues to move forward on Windsor’s Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) Replacement Project, which will expand and modernize the Town’s wastewater treatment capacity to support long-term service delivery.

The project is currently approximately 60% through the design phase. Contractors are preparing bid packages, with pricing expected to be finalized by the end of the month.

Project plans have also been submitted to the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) and the North Front Range Water Quality Planning Association (NFRWQPA) for regulatory review and compliance approval.

The project team anticipates 90% design plans will be completed by June or July, allowing the project to continue progressing toward the next phase.
