During this online neighborhood meeting, residents will learn about various options to fix this drainage issue and be able to provide their feedback regarding a preferred path forward. This meeting pertains to the following residences: 600 Pine Drive, 580 10th Street, 591-621 10th Street, and 701 10th Street.

The project team, in conjunction with resident feedback, has identified an action plan to address issues of standing water in backyards for 10th Street and Pine Drive residences. Anticipated for summer 2022, the Pine Drive and 10th Street intersection will be reconfigured so water runoff is directed east instead of south. The runoff that currently flows south is routed through the backyards, causing ponding issues. Additionally, the project team is looking into obtaining an easement from Skyview Elementary to route a storm pipe through their property to convey any remaining runoff.
