Project Update: April 28

Final plans have been completed and shared with the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) for review and necessary clearance approvals. Construction is expected to begin early summer through the end of the year, weather permitting. A winter pause will be in place until early 2027 when site restoration, landscaping and cleanup work can be resumed for project closeout. East-west travel along Crossroads Blvd will be maintained for the duration of construction using temporary traffic control to phase roundabout construction and associated roadwork.
