Project Update: March 27

Construction to upsize the sanitary sewer within the Central Sewer Basin project is now complete along Larch Dr. and Hemlock Dr.

Final restoration and reseeding within the Poudre Natural Area will occur this spring. The town is waiting until spring planting conditions to ensure successful vegetation growth and long-term restoration of the natural area.

The next step in the project will occur later this summer when the town begins flow monitoring in the system. This monitoring is part of Windsor’s broader sanitary sewer modeling and monitoring program and helps ensure the system remains properly sized to meet the community’s current and future needs.

This work will have no roadway impact on nearby residents, and no major construction activity is expected during this phase.
