Project Update: Sept. 1

Starting Wednesday, Sept. 2, REA Pkwy. and Hathaway Ln. will begin milling operations, weather permitting. REA Pkwy. will be milled from CO 392 to Highland Meadows Pkwy, and Hathaway Ln. will be milled from Fairgrounds Ave. to REA Pkwy. The driving surface will remain uneven until crews return for overlay after the holiday weekend.

Milling and overlay operations at part of the Town of Windsor’s 2026 Street Maintenance Program. During this time, flaggers will be onsite helping to maintain emergency and business access.

The roadway will be drivable throughout the duration of construction, but the roadway will be uneven at times. Motorists are encouraged to slow down and use extreme caution in the work zone.
