Concrete improvements are nearing completion in several key areas, including Kitty Hawk Drive and Crossroads Blvd. This work plays an important role in maintaining safe, accessible sidewalks by addressing cracking, uneven surfaces and areas that no longer meet safety standards.
Crack repair efforts are largely complete, with crews wrapping up final priority locations. These repairs help extend the life of our roadways by preventing moisture from seeping in and causing further damage, especially important given Colorado’s fluctuating weather.
Roadway improvement projects, including seal work, are anticipated to begin later in May, weather permitting. These projects will continue throughout the summer, though schedules may shift slightly due to temperature and weather conditions required for proper application.
While additional concrete repairs are currently on hold, urgent safety concerns will continue to be addressed as they arise. Residents are encouraged to report any sidewalk or concrete issues through the Town’s reporting system at windsorgov.com/SeeClickFix.
