Project Update: September 9

Starting Thursday, Sept. 10, milling operations continue along Highland Meadows Pkwy. from REA Pkwy./Annapolis Dr. to Murano/Colonial Dr.

Then, the following week, starting Monday, Sept. 14, crews will be in the area again for overlay, striping operations and to raise utility access points—such as manholes and water valves—to be even with the new roadway surface. Residents are requested to keep all vehicles, sports equipment and other obstructions out of the roadway until overlay is complete. All residents, business owners and commuters are reminder to use extreme caution what traveling through the work zone.

Milling and overlay operations at part of the Town of Windsor’s 2026 Street Maintenance Program to extend a roadway’s lifespan and create a smooth driving surface for residents. During this time, flaggers will be onsite helping to maintain emergency and business access. Residential access remains at all times.
