The Town of Windsor is launching a planning process through Xcel Energy Partners in Energy to develop the community’s first Energy Action Plan. This initiative will explore ways to help community members save energy, leverage renewable energy programs, and learn more about how the electric grid and natural gas infrastructure are becoming more resilient.
